Strategic Partnership Agreement: Horizons X China Outsourcing Institute (COI)
In April 2024, Horizons became the first EOR platform officially recognized by the Chinese Government (Chinese Ministry of Labor) in the HR Tech industry.
Horizons signed the Strategic Partnership Agreement with the Ministry of Commerce’s China Outsourcing Institute (COI).
This partnership strengthens the hiring capabilities of Horizons in Mainland China, and supports the creation of jobs worldwide for talents working for Chinese ventures overseas.
