Horizons, has been granted an Employment Agency License. The Ministry of Manpower, Singapore, awards these licenses. This allows us to facilitate employment relationships, including recruitment, on behalf of other businesses in Singapore.
This license means that we are committed to adhering to a range of conditions specified in their license and other legislation and rules. This includes requirements set out in the Employment Agencies Act, the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, the Employment Act, and the Work Injury Compensation Act. Through these conditions, Horizons commits to:
- protect client information from disclosure, except in limited circumstances as required by law;
- report breaches of work pass conditions by employers of non-citizens to the Ministry of Manpower;
- provide information as required by the Commissioner for Employment Agencies.
