Introducing ACH Direct Debit Integration for US Bank Payments 

With ACH Direct Debit, you can now pay your Horizons invoices directly from your US bank account—securely, automatically, and on time.

Streamline Your Invoice Payments with ACH Direct Debit

We’re introducing ACH Direct Debit (ACH DD), a simple, secure way to pay your Horizons invoices directly from your US bank account.

With this new integration:

• You no longer need to make manual bank transfers.
• Payments are processed on time, reducing delays.
• Every transaction is secure and fully compliant with US ACH network rules and KYC/KYB requirements. 

ACH DD makes the payment process faster, easier, and more reliable. This allows you to focus on what matters without worrying about missed deadlines or extra steps.

How It Works:

1. Initiate ACH Setup: 

• Select the USA as your Region for the new Bank Debit option. 
• Initiate the  KYB  process according to US regulations.
• Submit your business details, and await Review by the Payment Provider (typically takes a few business days).

1. Link & Verify Your Bank Account: 

• After KYB approval, link and verify your US bank account using Open Banking (Plaid) for instant verification or Micro-deposits (takes 1-2 days).
• After verification, you are ready to go! 

Note! Funds are debited securely from your verified account only upon your manual confirmation. 

1. Pay Your Invoices: 

• Select your verified bank account during the invoice payment process. Review, then Confirm to initiate the direct debit payment.  
• Your account will not be charged until you Confirm the invoice payment. 
• The payment process will take 1-2 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the payment is received. 

To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage you to use the Direct Debit feature and experience it firsthand.
