We have three new updates for you this month from Horizons, in short they are:

Automated Equity Offers
Offer stock options to your global team
You can now grant Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOPs) to global employees in just a few clicks. All you need to do is enter the Option Value and Number of Stocks you wish to present, and an Equity Offer Letter will be generated in real time. An automated email, congratulating an employee on their stock offer and urging them to accept will then be sent out immediately.
Enhanced Leave Transparency
Create a custom leave policy for your new hire
In the onboarding form, you can now view all available leave types in the country you are hiring from, and create the best suited policy for your global hire. Right from Day 1, your new international hire can apply for leave, view leave balance, and experience quick approvals. There’s more: Pro-rated annual leave will be automatically calculated and updated on the platform at the time of onboarding.
Improved Payroll Visibility:
View, manage and track payroll improvements in real-time
You can now review payroll reports of previous months, and download payroll reports from a specific year or month.
