In the Philippines, there is both public national holiday days and annual leave which are paid. There are 18 public holiday days in the Philippines (for a full list of those days see our Hiring in the Philippines Guide) and companies are mandated to give a minimum of 5 days of annual leave per year in addition. However, it is customary to give 15 days of annual leave per year.
