Employees in Indonesia are entitled to a minimum of 12 days’ paid annual leave (after one full year of employment). After six years of service, employees are entitled to one month of paid annual leave in their seventh and eighth years.
Mothers in Indonesia are entitled to 1.5 months of maternity leave at full pay before birth and 1.5 months after the birth.
Mothers in Indonesia are also entitled to annual ‘parental paid leave’ for events such as marriage, circumcision, baptism, or death of a child for a total of two days per year
Additionally, women in Indonesia are entitled to ‘menstrual paid leave’ on the first and second days of menstruation each month if they are ill and unable to perform their work.
Fathers in Indonesia are entitled to paid paternity leave of two days.

Upon submission of a doctor’s note, employees in Indonesia are entitled to paid sick leave, with the compensation reducing over time as follows:
